Clermont-Ferrand is a university and cultural city, nestled within the volcanoes of Auvergne in lush green surroundings, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the Chaîne des Puys.
With an active role, Alliance Française de Clermont-Ferrand is a dynamic cultural centre in each of its activities, in line with the objectives of the Alliance Française network. Every year, it holds conferences on literary, legal, historical, geopolitical, artistic and scientific topics.
It promotes Auvergne’s rich heritage through visits and outings that allow visitors to explore the origins and flagships of the industry at the regional, national and international levels.
The Alliance Française de Clermont-Ferrand centre also participates in educational, cultural and social projects in the French-speaking world, in partnership with other Alliances or other local associations.
